Key Responsibilities And Skills
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review federal and state tax returns and the accurate, timely filling of all tax forms.
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
- Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
- Review tax returns and quarterly/ yearly tax projections.
- Flexibility to manage a fast-paced environment, multiple client projects, and meet all deliverables and deadlines, especially during busy season
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Software Skills
- CCH Suite of Products: Pro-Fx Tax, Engagement, Document, Portal
- Microsoft Office Products with proficiency in Excel
- Proficient in technology and a paperless environment
Education
- BS/BA in Tax, Accountancy or related concentrations
- Masters in Tax or Accountancy or a plan to pursue, encouraged but not required
- CPA certification or a plan to pursue

Pay: $97,735.87 - $117,703.41 per year
