ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for all correspondence with Customers via phone and email.

schedule service work according to priority and to maintain an orderly flow of work in an efficient manner.

Manages technician’s daily reports and updates the customer accordingly.

Update & Maintain Business system with customer contact information.
-
Open breakdown and PM work-orders according to service instructions
-
Coach all techs in proper paperwork completion and timely submission.

Provide feedback and opinions to the Service Manager about operational improvements that you recommend.

Coordinate with Parts Admin on shop supplies required for upcoming projects
-
Must have 3-4 years Dispatching and Automotive experience
-
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications and Outlook Calendar & Contact Management functions and be able to leverage technology for business goals.

Properly input all required data into computer system, including customer information and updates
-
Maintain all service files accurately
-
Must be detail oriented, organized, and have good communication skills.

Must be able to pass background check and physical/drug screen
High School graduate and one-year related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
