We're seeking Mechanical Troubleshooters to join our dynamic team in Carrollton.

We offer comprehensive training on the electro-mechanical product.
This is a bench tech role in our Carrollton office (not a field role)
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Integration:
- Assemble components, align parts, and securely fasten them using various tools and equipment.
- Position and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and functionality.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics and diagrams to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Test assembled systems to verify functionality and identify any malfunctions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Use a wide array of test equipment.
- Repair and Maintenance:
- Perform hardware repairs and replacements, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools for the meticulous assembly and disassembly of mechanical components.
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and gauges.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, repairs, and testing results.
- Report faulty components conditions promptly.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with team members to tackle challenging projects and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- A team environment, solve issues as a team.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to company safety rules and regulations while performing work.
- Safely operate metalworking tools (e.g., drill press, grinders, welders, lathes) to fabricate and repair parts.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical devices, basic mechanical skills, and assembly.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment and parts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prefer High School Degree in Technical, Industrial, Electronics, or related fields.
