ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support key stakeholders in elaboration and detailing of process flows, as applicable.
- Analyze Business Change Requests, qualify Requested Changes and funnel through the Change Management Process.
- Translate the Business Change Requirements, to technical Change Requirements and assess the impact of the new technical changes on existing systems, assess the complexity of technical change and high-level effort estimates to realize the change.
- Utilize available data analytic tools within WSA, to supplement the justification for changes where feasible.
- Build quick ad hoc queries to extract the required data for analysis would be an added advantage.
- Analyze and review existing business processes within Hearing Aid Manufacturing, Service and Distribution line of business at WSA and Model efficient Business Processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a technical BA capacity
- Familiar with core principles and features of various IT systems, including but not limited to ERP, MES, eCommerce, CRM tools and able to map the new processes to IT Systems.
- Ideal candidate must be familiar with Change Management Process and Prioritization of Change Requests.
- Familiar with statutory regulations relevant for Medical Device industry like, GDPR, HIPAA, Data Privacy, 21 CFR Part 11 etc., to enable building suitable business processes and subsequently IT Solutions around this framework.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
