We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and drive engagement across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand, connect with our audience, and promote our services. This person will work alongside our marketing specialist to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts. Your role will involve content creation, community management, and performance analysis to ensure our social media efforts align with our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Sponsor ads effectively and understand social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Report on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Experience in sponsoring ads and understanding social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the med spa or aesthetics industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
