Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in IT and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and a knack for all things tech and IT. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a clear, detailed manner.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
