Experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal
Boutique Elder Law/Estate Planning Law Firm seeking a highly motivated candidate for Trusts & Estates Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of probate/administration proceeding documents
- Collection and valuation of assets
- Payment of debts and distribution of bequests
Qualifications:
3+ years' estate administration experience (a must)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Motivated, self-starter with the ambition to grow with our company
Experience administering taxable estates and trusts (a plus)
Knowledge of fiduciary accounting (a plus)
Real Estate Experience (a plus)
