We are seeking an experienced and organized Office / Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Office / Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing the sales of our organization, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively sell to our customers.
```Duties```
- Supervise the administrative operations along with the sales of our product.
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate and manage office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation
- Assist with calendar management for all team leaders and team members
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems, including phone systems and other technology
- Support team members with clerical tasks as needed
```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office technology
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong Bi-lingual communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must be able to speak English and Spanish
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
