We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as our Business Office Manager in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Philadelphia, PA.
Business Office Manager Position Overview:
As the Business Office Manager, you will oversee the business office staff, company policies and procedures related to billing, accounts receivable, census processing, and payroll.

Business Office Manager Key Duties:
- Assist with collecting documentation for Medicaid applicants.
- Meet the residents and families to discuss financial obligations.
- Assist with the insurance authorization process.
- Partner with Admissions to ensure agreements are executed.
- Ability to follow professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and DOH standards.
- Maintain HIPPA privacy, security, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have an A.A.S degree in Business, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO process.
- Two years of business office experience working in a Skilled Nursing facility or healthcare field.
- Proficient in budgeting and fiscal management.
