Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of customer service activities
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, schematics, logic controllers, HVAC, and industrial maintenance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management principles
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Experience in maintenance management is a plus
