Job Description – DISTRICT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Kimpex USA is looking for a customer-centric individual with unquestionable integrity and a strong hunter mentality to join our expanding team as a District Sales Representative.
LOCATION: REMOTE (On the road/Work from home office)
Ideal: Candidates currently residing in territory for the region of the US posted, who enjoys the selling process, but more importantly is also a powersports enthusiast. Candidate should have prior sales experience in powersports industry.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Shorter Version - Aggressively grow revenue while providing the highest level of service to customers: powersports dealers and enthusiasts.
Longer Version - the Kimpex USA District Sales Representative will achieve strong, long-term customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation through the utilization of professional sales techniques and methodology, and is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in their assigned territory by selling and promoting Kimpex USA products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and foster strong relationship with customers by understanding their vision and goals
- Increase sales and drive value for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and implement, in collaboration with Sales Leadership, an annual sales plan
- Increase market share and expand customer base in assigned district
- Seek to improve profitability across assigned district
- Maintain understanding of district and provide sales forecast to Sales Leadership
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records required within the CRM process
- Be aware of market trends and news providing timely market intelligence to the team
- Work with and be comfortable addressing industry standards, norms and practices
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions and other customer events as required
- Help improve the entire Kimpex USA team, knowing we work as a team and succeed as a team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent on-the-job powersports industry experience
EXPERIENCE PREFERENCE:
(Preference will be given to candidates who have the following experience, skills, and competencies)
- Current Sales Position with ATV/UTV or Off-road Moto products
- Currently in the Powersports Industry (Snowmobile, ATV/UTV, Offroad-Moto, Marine)
- Powersports Aftermarket Distribution
- Powersports Dealers
- Customer Centric, Can-Do Attitude
- Territory Sales Management
- Ability to Close – Deliver Results
- Strong Track Record of Growing Revenue
- Verbal Communication
