We are seeking a candidate to grow our Member Services Team with Big Tree Medical!
This is an opportunity to let your customer service skills shine in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The position entails answering incoming calls and messages, determining the appropriate action or routing, educating potential members on the Big Tree benefits and signing up new members, problem solving and critical thinking quickly on the job.

Hours: 9-5 M-F, no overtime
Pay: $18/hour
Benefits: Full Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k after 6 months.
