VP, Business Development & Sales

Job purpose summary
Provider Partners Health Plans “PPHP” is seeking a Vice President, Business Development & Sales to provide overall leadership and sales planning focused on redefining senior care through tech-enabled, value-based care. The VP, Business Development & Sales will be responsible for taking the lead on devising and presenting a plan to sell PPHP products with focus on Nursing Home and key market targets.
Responsibilities
- Devise and present a plan to sell PPHP products to:
1) Nursing Home and ALF Association Executive Directors, Chairpersons, key employees, and key members.
2) National Nursing home and ALF associations – as above also
3) Owners and operators of nursing homes and ALFs
- Must be willing to initially work independently on key targets and goals.
Skills
- Experience marketing within health care organizations and associations.
- 5-10 Years experience in post acute or LTC.
- Knowledge of health and patient care facilities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success in delivering business development strategies in highly competitive markets
- Strong ethics
- Team spirit with a positive attitude
- BA/BS degree preferred
Working conditions
Administrative office located in suburban Baltimore. Position requires frequent travel.
Physical requirements
Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.
Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office related equipment as needed.
