Responsibilities
- Lead a team, of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase foot traffic and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers
- Maintain visual merchandising displays that showcase our products and reflect the brands aesthetic
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize out of stocks
- Train and store, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Insure compliance with company, policies and procedures, including cash handling security and safety protocols
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated and empowered to succeed
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion arts or luxury goods
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet sales targets
- Experience in recruiting training and developing a staff
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both staff and customers
- Experience in building customer relationships that enhance brand loyalty
- Proficiency and handling customer complaints and resolving issues amicably
- Competence in forecasting and analyzing sales data to inform decisions
- Experiencing managing store, financials, including payroll, operational cost, and profitability
- Ability to execute in-store, promotions, events, and displays
- Knowledge of current trends in fashion and retail, and the ability to adapt these trends to the stores brand
- Skills in inventory control management and ordering
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations compliance in all operational activities
- Competence in retail manager software and POS systems
- Flexibility to work various hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the Soho area, market, TRENDS, demographics, and the competitive landscape
- Ability to leverage local insights to enhance store performance and community engagement
- Ability to use social media to promote store, events, and products effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
