Fast paced Pediatric office looking to hire a full time Patient Services Representative who is responsible for basic administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collect co-pays and process insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Education and Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
