Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Ronkonkoma, NY (with travel to NYC once or twice a week)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the CEO's administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and communication within the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain executive documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure the CEO's directives and initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for the CEO, facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing executive meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft To Do).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with a strong desire for career growth and development.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment within the executive office, with travel to NYC once or twice a week, and one day working from home.
