Position Overview:
Under the Administrative Supervision of the WIC Director, the Trainer/Nutrition Education Specialist is responsible for providing assistance with developing, administering and documenting training and orientation of WIC staff to comply with the Texas Department of State Health Services and Harris County Public Health Services requirements dealing with Nutrition Education and Training.

Education:
Nutritionist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Human Nutrition or Dietetics, Community Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition or Home Economics with Food and Nutrition major (24 semester hours credit in human food and nutrition)
