About the job:
-Must be willing or able to drive an 18' Workforce Stepvan. Strong preference towards experience driving bigger vehicles (RV, camper, towing trailers, etc)
-Showcase the ability to work individually and lead 2-3 crew members.
-Previous cooking and/or baking experience required.
-Previous management experience required.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Food Truck Manager to oversee the operations of our food truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service, and maximizing profitability.
**Duties:**
- Manage food truck operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Utilize POS system for order processing and sales tracking
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Train and supervise staff on food service procedures and customer interactions
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the food industry, must have managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines. All baking is trained with proprietary franchise recipes
- Excellent math skills for inventory management and sales tracking
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide guidance and support
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
