The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for efficiently managing online orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and maintaining effective communication with various team members. This role is crucial for maintaining our brand standards through secure and visually appealing packaging while providing exceptional customer service. Expected to work 2-3 short shifts per week, with hours varying depending on number and complexity of orders to be shipped.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pulling items for online orders
- Packaging and shipping both product and original one of a kind artwork
- Gift wrapping/writing personalized notes to clients
- Communicating with Client Coordinator (positions direct manager) about special orders, issues, status reports, etc
- Communicating directly with online clients regarding inventory issues
- Coordinating with Sales Floor Manager regarding pulling orders
- Monitoring shipping delays
- Scheduling pickups for outgoing shipments
- Ordering shipping supplies
- Maintaining an organized and clean shipping area.
- Assist both the Product Lead and Client Coordinator with special orders as necessary.
Key Qualifications/Skills needed:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of personal responsibility and self-sufficiency; can function with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Proficiency with Shopify, Lightspeed, and Google Workspace, or able to learn

Pay: $18.00 per hour
