We are seeking a talented and skilled
Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at one of the finest private clubs in the north
Chicago suburbs! The chef for this prestigious club will oversee all culinary operations and be tasked with leading and further developing a dynamic kitchen team. Membership for this club is on a perennial waitlist, and those fortunate enough to join enjoy top-tier dining and event experiences.
COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $120,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/company match, PTO and more!
Executive Chef Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as Executive Chef in a scratch-kitchen, upscale dining environment
- Private club experience strongly preferred
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Proven track record of success in both ala carte and catering execution
- Strong, team-oriented communication style and ability to train
