Successful State Farm agent seeking Receptionist/Customer Service Representative in Clearwater, FL. We want our Customer Service Representatives to treat our customers like family! C.S.R. will answer basic customer questions over the phone or in person. Multiple opportunities for advancement. This job comes with a hourly rate in addition to personal commissions and office bonuses. Training will be provided. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and direct customer questions to appropriate team member.
- Take care of policy payments, answer billing questions and assist in account maintenance.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Customer communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Microsoft Office skills and comfortable learning and using other software.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 4-40 license or willingness to get licensed, with employer assistance.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
