CapFlow Funding Group is a private commercial lending company specializing in factoring, accounts receivables and inventory financing, purchase order funding as well as other asset-based lending solutions. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is Prepare and deliver on-boarding presentations for new clients and to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a successfully maintained invoice factoring facility. This role will act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Core responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating with clients and account debtors regarding invoice approval status, verifications, aged receivables, and payment statuses.
- Analyzing & reviewing client documentation submitted (invoices, purchase orders, supporting documentation, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Routine surveillance of client portfolio alongside Credit Department to assess client performance and identify any potential risks.
- Monitoring both client and account debtor credit limits.
- Data entry related to client funding submissions.
- Assisting Treasury with the client collections process and reporting.
- Monitoring and reducing aged receivables by proactively addressing any payment issues with both the client and account debtor.
- Assisting senior credit analysts in the underwriting process for new accounts by reviewing bank statements, financials, and reporting through third party databases.
- Customizing financing solutions to meet specific client needs and goals.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management (financial services experience preferred).
- Ability to handle different personality types.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management/ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Risk management skills.
