Seeking full time residential renovation maintenance technician for Military Housing Property. Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsible for interior maintenance to include plumbing, demo, electrical, carpentry, and warehouse inventory.
Essential job functions, duties and responsibilities
· Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Knowledge of and own your own hand and power tools
· Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:
a) basic plumbing repairs to include; changing out dishwashers, kitchen faucets, shower valves, toilets, etc.
b) repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
c) Dry wall repair/patching
d) Appliance repair
e) Basic electrical knowledge to include changing out fixtures, switches, outlets etc.
f) Prepping of door casing and base to be ready for paint
g) Staging homes with proper tools, equipment and product for contractor after hour work
· Compliance with all OSHA regulations and any applicable laws regarding health, safety, or environment
· HVAC Service Knowledge is very helpful
· Team player, communication and employability skills
· Drywall and finish carpentry experience
EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required (college hours preferred).

Hours of operation for the property are: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Some overtime may be required.
