Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Project manage customer implementations and onboarding processes
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive revenue and upsell opportunities
- Manage key accounts, providing ongoing support and account management
- Familiarity with customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
