As the Procurement Analyst, you'll report to the Sr. Manager of Procurement. This role will be focused on our travel and card programs. You will be responsible for a variety of analytical and administrative tasks. You will help manage several national accounts, while preparing and auditing reporting. Your daily responsibilities will include data input, troubleshooting, and assisting other NMG associates. You will collaborate with team members, management, and other departments to convey information and help provide practical solutions to problems. You and the team will work remotely.
- Monitor and tend to multiple inboxes a day to support numerous national accounts, projects, and corporate programs
- Support inquiries, advise and assist associates
- Analyze trends, enforce policy, and recommend improvements to enhance processes
- Audit reporting for Policy adherence
- Initiate cost savings practices without sacrificing quality or important working relationships
- Support other activities involving the Procurement team
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Experience using purchasing software (Oracle or Coupa purchasing modules)
