Hilltop Holdings is looking for a Receptionist to apply basic or learned skills to perform assigned tasks to support the front desk and floor operations. The receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, determining their purpose, and directing them to the right location, in addition to answering phones, screening, and transferring calls to staff as appropriate. The receptionist is reliable, responsible, and dependable and ensures tasks are completed by following company processes. The receptionist provides operation support to their assigned floor.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to commute to Hilltop Plaza @ 6565 Hillcrest, Dallas, without the need for relocation assistance
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Degree preferred in relevant discipline
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
