Connex Family Services is seeking Registered Behavior Techs to provide ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Position Summary:
The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will implement and collect data on programs. Hours are typically after school and evenings, but daytime hours are available as well.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on treatment goals and targeted behavior for reduction
- Effectively communicate with treatment team
- Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Collaborate with treatment team
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelors Degree (not required but preferred)
- Experience working with children (not required but preferred)
- Ability to travel to clients home
- Obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire
