Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll processing and a strong understanding of various payroll systems and software.
Duties:
Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
- Review and reconcile payroll data, including tax withholdings, deductions, and adjustments
- Generate reports on payroll activities for management review
- Collaborate with the HR department to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role - Proficiency in using payroll software such as UltiPro, QuickBooks, Paychex, Ceridian, ADP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and journal entries Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
