Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with high level associates and their assistants
- Manage calendar, schedule, email, and extensive network of contacts on a daily basis
- Organize meetings and conference/ Zoom calls, arrange for lunches as needed
- Track and maintain multiple professional licenses and company memberships
- Monitor continuing education requirements
- Perform confidential administrative tasks
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication with strong writing, editing and grammar skills
- Review and update reports submitted by multiple members of the group
- Coordinate various office support tasks among different departments
- Monitor the department's budget activities, pay invoices in a timely manner.
- Process reimbursement expenses
Background & Experience Expectations:
- Detail oriented, shows initiative and confidentiality in daily actions
- Tech savvy and excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing
- Basic knowledge of InDesign is a bonus
- Experience working in the design and construction field is a bonus
- Must possess dynamic organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Professional. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Bachelor's Degree required
