```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate curriculum and activities
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing individualized support and guidance as needed
- Foster strong relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and parent involvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development, attendance, and any incidents or concerns that arise
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education curriculum frameworks
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with young children
