Are you passionate about helping people and providing top-notch customer service? Turner's Furniture is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
What You'll Do:
- Handle daily bank deposits and manage petty cash.
- Process payments and manage customer order balances.
- Coordinate third-party finance transactions.
- Pull and manage service information from Dispatch Track.
- Assist with in-store purchases and customer deliveries.
- Conduct post-delivery and post-service satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep track of service orders and communicate with customers.
- Help maintain our store’s appearance and inventory.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Great communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team spirit and a positive attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
- Flexability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
