Cal Spas is in need of an Inventory Control Manager for its Spa Manufacturing facility.
Duties will include but are not limited to the below:
Maintains the Epicor database
Investigating inventory discrepancies to reconcile any differences between system and physical inventory
Reviews any inventory adjustment requests to ensure accurate and timely movements within inventory system that reflect actual quantities on hand
Assists with shortage reports or overage reports
Oversee storage of material and create inventory structure throughout warehouse.
Facilitates month end inventory closing and reporting including providing reports to accounting to ensure timely and accurate storage billing
Reviews and manages physical inventory count processes to ensure accurate and efficient counts are produced
Maintains cycle count schedule assuring accurate and complete count of inventory during cycle counts and year-end inventory
Ensures all items are being received in system.
Spot Checks inventory counts
Ensures item sku replacements are being appropriately allocated to work orders
Reviews inventory on a consistent basis for expired and obsolete inventory and communicate results to upper management
Must have Excel experience
