Job Description
The Workforce Management Supervisor motivates and supports schedulers in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks. The WFM Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the WFM Specialists and management. All department and property policies, practices, and procedures are observed while multiple tasks are completed.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Train and enhance the WFM Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth.

Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies.

Be a leading force devising scheduling enhancements and creating new business models.

Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations.

Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries.

Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.

Ensure the WFM team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
At least 3 years of relative or related experience which includes some management oversight.

Working knowledge of statistical analysis.

Ability to lead and mentor a team.
-
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
-
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree or work experience in a related field.
-
Previous experience utilizing Kronos, Virtual Roster and Workday software.

Bi-lingual
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including: Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.

Available to work any time/day of the week
