Responsibilities:
- Business Development (80%):
- Client Engagement: Perform at least 100 outreach activities weekly, including emails, cold calls, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and foster relationships with new clients.
- Market Expansion: Utilize cold calling strategies to uncover new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and broaden our client network.
- Data Integrity: Diligently update and maintain all client and prospect data within our CRM system, ensuring an accurate and current database.
- Collaborative Deals: Work alongside senior team members during your first 4-6 months to develop client relationships and deepen your industry knowledge. Assist in negotiating and closing deals.
- Rewarding Commission Structure: Benefit from a commission plan based on the successful Career1 CA model, rewarding high performance and sales achievements.
- Recruitment Support (20%):
- Candidate Placement: Assist in the recruitment process by collaborating with the team to identify and place suitable candidates, ensuring the right fit for client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Skilled in CRM software and other essential technology tools.
