Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including automated gates, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Perform system design and layout for low voltage projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on low voltage equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, including the NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each job.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and components.
- Welding experience is a plus
- Experience as a service technician in the low voltage industry.
- Ability to design and build low voltage systems based on client requirements.
- Experience with automated gates, CCTV, access control prefered.
- Field service experience, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
