Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, transportation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within NEMT/ Healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of ADA paratransit, public transit, non-emergency medical transportation, taxi services, and transportation technology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with technology and platforms specific to the industry.
- Strong leadership, management, mentoring, strategic planning, presentation, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Technical Experience:
o Proficient in transportation software within the healthcare sector.
o Experience with CRM systems.
o Ability to learn and effectively use proprietary software.
o Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
