Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team at a reputable Hotels. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, Monitoring parking as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Duties:
- Monitor parkinglot throughout shift
- Keep the lot clean and free of debris
- Perform regular inspection for parking lot to prevent theft, damage or issues
- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Communicate effectively with front desk, other team members and management
- Assist front desk Check -in process
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
