Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Solar Advisors to join our team. As a Solar Advisor, you will be based in a retail store, engaging with customers to generate interest in solar energy and setting up appointments for in-depth consultations. You will be the face of our company, helping customers take the first step towards transitioning to solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Windmar team as the face of our brand in our retail location
- Greet and approach customers in the retail store to discuss their energy needs and interests.
- Generate interest in solar energy solutions by briefly explaining the benefits and available incentives.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our solar consultants for detailed consultations and assessments.
- Qualify prospective customers for WindMar’s solar and backup power solutions.
- Collect and record customer information accurately for follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of customer information and scheduled appointments.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for setting appointments and generating leads.
