Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive wholesale sales growth in the market
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional account management
- Conduct outside sales visits to promote products and services to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities; conduct trainings for new accounts as needed
- Utilize Quickbooks or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships - Invoicing and data entry
Skills:
- Coffee knowledge and experience
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully growing sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
