Responsibilities
- Embodies the standards of the Gurney’s Brand by displaying professionalism in all forms of communication.
- To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa.
- Arranging spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests.
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in the locker rooms, work out and pool areas.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with spa services.
- Assist guests with the sale of retail merchandise; assist in the inventory and stocking of retail items.
- Responsible for attending fitness, hotel, and spa department meetings when required
- Report any maintenance requests
- Resolve and then report any guest incidents to the appropriate systems
- Be available to substitute for other staff members in the event coverage is needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Ability to work, weekend, nights, and holidays
