Guest Care Team
As a member of the Guest Care Team, you represent the face of the salon. You are the first impression the guest sees when they enter the salon as well as the last they see when leaving. As a team of dedicated professionals, we strive to provide the best experiences for our guests, down to their last moments in the salon. Their client experience does not end at the chair!
Responsibilities:
- Be friendly, knowledgeable and available to all guests in the salon.
- Greet all guests as they enter the salon and when able - come out from behind the desk to greet them, check in and offer beverages.
- Check in/out guests in a timely manner.
- Offer guests beverages and direct them to the waiting area.
- Keep the front of the salon clean, neat and tidy at all times.
- Dusting and cleaning when necessary.
- Assist guests with product questions and recommendations.
- Restock products and retail when needed.
- Ensure beverage glasses are picked up and cleared from the front waiting area and color tables.
- Inform guests of any policy changes via phone call or at the front desk when necessary.
- Keep up to date on new products, events or promotions going on in the salon.
- Offer pre-booking for the guests' next appointment.
- Answer phones and assist guests with booking/rescheduling needs.
- Keep guest dishes washed and stocked at the front.
Requirements:
- Experiences with hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Can multi-task and handle several tasks at the same time
- Works well on a team
- Can receive constructive criticism and grow from coaching
- Can communicate professionally in a verbal and written manner
- Willing to immerse themselves in the community and represent our Foundry culture
