JOB PURPOSE
Interact with customers to provide information in response to routine inquiries, handle complaints, and sign up for service. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Handle various administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective communication and workflow across the organization.
TASKS
- Work with team members and other departments to strengthen customer relationships.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor when communicating with customers and drivers
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all dispatching activities, including tracking driver schedules and delivery times
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Address complex problems and find creative solutions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes and solutions.
- Acts in full capacity as a customer service representative as part of the team and helps to identify places we can improve.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by adjusting bills.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
