At TTx, our Project coordinators provide a strategic approach to managing low complexity (Class 1, 2) projects (including VoIP and IT infrastructure projects as well as client on-boardings); aligning skills and resources as well as monitoring, managing, and controlling internal company projects. They exercise independent judgment on active implementations according to prescribed methodology and processes. Project coordinators are expected to be people focused, detail-oriented, excited to learn, possess good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. They utilize their coordination skills from conception and planning through implementation, measurement, and review. Individuals coordinate activities of/with other employees, identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects to achieve business objectives.
