As the CMO, your mandate extends beyond the traditional realms of marketing oversight. Key Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Leadership in Demand Generation:
- Devise and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that encompasses all aspects of Amaro Law Firm’s marketing efforts, from online campaigns to high-profile events, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Brand and Founding Attorney Persona Amplification:
- Elevate Amaro Law Firm’s brand and the persona of our attorneys by leveraging their expertise and media presence to enhance market presence and client engagement.
Service Marketing Management:
- Develop compelling marketing strategies and offers for Amaro Law Firm’s services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.
Multichannel Marketing Execution:
- Oversee and optimize a multichannel marketing strategy, incorporating digital, social, and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions, ensuring strategies are based on solid evidence and insights to achieve measurable results.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Train and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Content Strategy Oversight:
- Guide the development and execution of Amaro Law Firm’s content strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand, compelling, and effectively supports marketing and business objectives.
Innovation and Market Trends:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously exploring new marketing technologies, strategies, and approaches to keep Amaro Law Firm at the forefront of the legal marketing space.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly review and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong background in brand management, public relations, and digital marketing.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Strategic and Analytical Proficiency:
- Exceptional ability to translate visionary goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure performance.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Interest in AI trends and tools in marketing, with a keen eye on how emerging technologies can enhance marketing efforts.
- Understanding of data based marketing strategies and systems to work with a large intake (sales) department to set, tweak, and pivot campaigns to manage expected CPL and CPA targets.
Team Leadership:
- A track record of leading high-performing teams and mentoring future leaders.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with the firm’s leadership, attorneys, and other key stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
