4.About the Role:
This role supports the Purchasing Manager as a Sourcing point of contact for the
business.
Additional duties include establishing close working relationships with internal
stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver adequate sourcing
performance, support, and collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to manage a
portfolio of sourcing initiatives, development of relationships with Vendors and
management of a portfolio of Vendors.
5. Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Key Vendors
Collaborating with the Purchasing department to identify and pursue new Vendor
opportunities.
Process, track, and ensure completion of Purchasing activities and initiatives.
Creates and Maintains the Database for all the Vendors.
Responsible for Emailing /Calling New and Existing Vendors
Assisting the company in the Vendor acquisition process
6. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Great Soft Skills needed.
Solid verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, power point)
Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
A natural time manager with the ability to manage a robust pipeline and pay
attention to detail.
Can deploy adaptability and critical thinking.
7. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
0-1 years of experience in customer service, planning/scheduling, supply chain
management or similar team role with knowledge in demand flow, vendor
management and vendor replenishment
8.What You Will Drive:
You will lead the charge in coordinating day to day Purchasing activities and tracking
and maintaining Vendor Database to reach the business goals and contribute to the
overall efficiency and success of Servertech Solutions.
9.Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ($60,000 - $70,000/yr + Bonuses) and benefits package, reflecting our commitment to
attracting top talent in the industry.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
