The University of Central Arkansas invites applications for adjunct faculty positions in the Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion PhD program. The program has three concentration: Community Leadership, Digital Age Curriculum and Instruction, and K12 Leadership, serving students from all sectors of industry in the U.S. and abroad. This is an online position, providing flexibility in work location and schedule. Adjunct faculty are responsible for teaching, mentoring, and engaging in service to support the program’s mission and students. The pay is $2,718 per 3 credit hour course taught.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach graduate-level courses in the Change leadership for Equity and Inclusion PhD program
- Develop and deliver course content in an online format, ensuring it aligns with programs goals and standards
- Mentor and advise PhD students in their academic and research pursuits
- Participate in program activities, including curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation efforts
- Engage in scholarly activities relevant to the program’s focus on equity and inclusion
- Maintain effective communication with students, faculty, and administration

Required Education and/or Experience
- Earned doctorate from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated content expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Leadership (e.g., Business, K12 Education, Higher Education, or related)
- Research in the social sciences
- Scholarly writing in the social sciences
- Quantitative methods
- Qualitative methods
