Mind Trek Counseling is seeking qualified Master's level licensed behavioral health professionals to join our team! Our practice focuses on treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including Child and Adult ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, OCD, Addiction, LGBTQ+ Care, and social-relationship issues. We use neurological-based treatment models to help our clients gain the necessary knowledge and coping skills to manage their disorders. The following are the general responsibilities of the therapist position:
Responsibilities
Clinical:
- Perform clinical activities with clients, including assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, counseling/therapy, and treatment planning
- Guide clients to gain coping skills or strategies to assist in overcoming anxiety, trauma, ADHD dependencies, behavioral challenges and other mental health concerns.
- Utilize an array of evidence based treatment models, such as CBT, CPT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and so on.
- Refer members to community resources, as needed.
- Be available to clients on a flexible schedule.
- Have a high level of empathy, self-awareness, and maturity.
- Have a strong self-learning passion and capability.
Admistrative:
- Attend client’s appointment in a timely and reliable manner
- Be properly licensed and follow all the practice related laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
- Respond and provide needed services to clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours from phone call, voicemail, email, or through the company website.
- Work with a client’s treatment team as needed (PCP, psychiatrist, lawyers, school, etc.)
- Make sure client documentation accurate and up to date
- Attend supervision meetings and trainings
- Work and interact with clients in a professional manner and actively maintain the company's reputation.

General Qualifications
- Education – Masters level or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience – No fewer than 1 year of experience working in the public behavioral health system.
- License – Has LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT in OH.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
