Our company specializes in designing and developing outdoor products, such as portable refrigerator, solar energy storage, and automobile motorcycle accessories. As a Business Development Specialist at Issyzone TX, you will be pivotal in expanding our offline marketing efforts, exploring new client prospects, and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with the Branch Manager, driving customer service excellence, and spearheading local business development initiatives. You will contribute to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with channel partners and effectively promoting and selling the company's products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies for exceptional customer service and local business growth.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identifying and prospecting potential channel partners to expand the company's sales network.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with product knowledge, training, and support.
- Collaborating with channel partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Conducting regular sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with channel partners to achieve sales objectives.
- Create and execute localized customer service projects, along with developing relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistent service quality.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate the company's products or services.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with the Branch Manager to fulfill ad-hoc responsibilities and contribute to overall branch success.
Qualifications:
- American legal working status (permanent resident or citizen)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or related fields.
- Preferred in experience in outdoor appliance, auto parts distribution or specialty chains (e.g. Walmart, Outdoor World, etc.) Strong self-motivation and result orientation.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about cars, motorcycles, and outdoor products.
- Willing to attend marketing event, trade show and exhibition(Domestic)
- Candidate must live in the Houston Area or be willing to relocate.
- Interest in Chinese culture is a plus.
