We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Manager to assist us in running our household smoothly and effectively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Laundry Management:
- Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
Tidying Up and Organizing:
- Ensuring all living areas are clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Organizing closets, cabinets, and storage spaces.
Cleaning Schedule:
- Following a set cleaning schedule to maintain the home in pristine condition.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep-cleaning various areas of the house.
Miscellaneous Household Tasks:
- Changing air filters, emptying vacuum cleaners, and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Putting away groceries, rotating food items, and maintaining pantry organization.
Running Errands:
- Dropping off packages, handling returns, and other miscellaneous errands as needed.
- Grocery shopping and picking up necessary household supplies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing household inventory and supplies, ensuring items are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Assisting with meal preparation or planning as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for running errands.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
