Job Highlights
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals, specifically children with autism.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making data-based decisions to modify strategies as needed.
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including individual therapy sessions and parent training.

Position Summary
This position is considered a leadership role within Trinity Home Care Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing clients' treatment plans and provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians in order to ensure that the programs are being implemented accordingly
Essential job duties
Activities include but are not limited to:
- Develop child-specific behavior treatment plans
- Manage, train and support a team of Behavior Technicians
- Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes
- Attend corporate meetings and training as scheduled
- Provide supervision for BCBAs, BCaBAs and or, Behavior Technicians who are seeking state board certification as an LBA or RBT
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the families we serve and support
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Virginia Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) (can be completed after application)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
